Individual Coaching

I hesitate to even call it "Coaching" because that suggests a power dynamic that puts me above you, when really, we are all walking together on this wild and crazy trail.  We may have different experiences and perspectives, but we are walking side by side and I believe you already have the wisdom you are seeking.  I simply have horses who provide a rather simple, external reflection of the wisdom you carry  in your heart.  Therefore, the Horses and I simply offer the opportunity and a safe container to walk with your Holy Self.

Many believe that Horses are magical (and they are, but no more than you or I)...they are just very attuned and simple.  Horses do not have the parts of their brains that create so much havoc for us sometimes.  They don't sit around ruminating, judging, wondering, etc.  They DO have the capacity for higher ordered thinking, but being prey animals, they default to their instincts.  They default to what they sense.  And to put it in even more simple terms, when given the freedom to do so, they walk towards what feels good and away from what doesn't.  And something that feels really good to Horses is congruence.  If your outsides and your insides aren't matching, or something is not aligned with your Nervous System, they will let you know.  They also seem to be able to diagnose what we really need in the moment, which is often a safe space to breathe, decompress, and fall into ourself in the presence of another.

And THEN, if there is a coaching part, it's where you and I conspire together how to design your life outside "the arena" in order to integrate and align with the wisdom your body and heart shared.  In other words, we look at how you can create and tend the best soil for your seeds to grow.  Without this piece, and without a willingness to bring greater alignment in your life, the Medicine/Seeds will fall on concrete and potentially leave you with more turmoil.
